Terms of Service
Effective September 14, 2026.
The service
Cactus Clips is a private tool operated by Cactus Co. for publishing highlight clips to Cactus Clips' own social media channels. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than the operator can sign in to or use it.
Content
Clips are drawn from public Twitch broadcasts and are edited with captions, reframing, and titles. We aim to respect creators and rights holders: clips built around third-party copyrighted music or video are not published, and videos that receive a copyright block are removed.
If you are a creator or rights holder and want a clip taken down, contact us at hello@cactusco.org with a link to the video, and we will remove it.
Third-party platforms
Use of YouTube through this app is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Content on Twitch is subject to Twitch's own terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Cactus Co. is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
